Join Willa Kveta of Nalaya Healing for this Sacred Sound Ceremony. Together, we will enter a sacred journey through sound frequency, activating our own vocal & instrumental vibrations, accompanied by a wave of pre-recorded music embedded with the codes and frequencies of the earth through medicine songs and tribal beats. Following a wave of curated sounds, as we allow ourselves to open our throat chakras, express sounds, movement, and tears. Finding the tension and the beauty, the harmony and the dissonance within ourselves, and as a collective.
Bring your rattle, your drum, or any other earthy sound-makers, including your voice! Come ready to receive potent song medicine, release stuck energy in your body, and send your prayers through the mycelial network below, and up into the ethers, connecting them to all life.

Sacred smoke in the form of incense and herbs will be burned in the space throughout the ceremony.
Music and drumming will be played/sung at high volume.
For all genders welcome.
No vocalization is required however it is encouraged.
No music or singing background necessary.
All levels welcome. Pre-recorded music is intentionally used in tandem with our voices to help support a loving and inviting container for all, as it sometimes takes a lot of courage to open our throat chakras.
