Meeting the Lucid Therapeutics team and deciding to do deep therapy work alongside them as part of my healing journey was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From my first meeting with Dr. Remi, I felt at home and safe. His presence is so calming and we talked through the things I wanted to work on within myself, some of my past traumas, and the feeling of being stuck in certain areas of my life. Since my first treatment, the transformation I have experienced in my mental health has been monumental. I finally feel like I no longer identify with depression and anxiety anymore. I no longer feel trapped in it - I feel space from it. The integration therapy sessions with Valerie have been an important part of my treatment and I am so grateful for her. Participating in one of the group series provided a safe space for me to connect with others, encouraging each other's growth & expansion, while attending the free mindfulness groups and integration circles have kept me connected. Dr. Remi helped me taper off my SSRIs after being on them for 4 years, and I have had no desire to drink alcohol, caffeine, or eat meat since starting treatment.
