Come explore how you can integrate trauma-informed Mindfulness Meditation as part of your wellness journey. By cultivating non-judgemental awareness of your mind, body, and emotions, you can experience a greater sense of inner wellbeing that allows you to stay compassionately present to all of life’s experiences.
Janne Kukka, founder of Karuna, is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, a practitioner of Vajrayana Buddhism, and a Sound Journey Facilitator using Himalayan singing bowls and gongs. He has planned and facilitated Mindfulness programs and individual sessions at tech companies, men’s retreats, and facilitates ongoing sessions at a behavioral health clinic. Janne holds trauma-informed, supportive, and safe group containers for inner transformation. He offers 1:1 coaching, group sessions, online classes, live events, and hosts in-person retreats.
