Janne Kukka, founder of
Karuna, is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, a practitioner of Vajrayana Buddhism, and a Sound Journey Facilitator using Himalayan singing bowls and gongs. He has planned and facilitated Mindfulness programs and individual sessions at tech companies, men’s retreats, and facilitates ongoing sessions at a behavioral health clinic.
